Job Responsibilities
- Manage paid Facebook marketing campaigns and generate qualified leads and calls.
- Contact leads to qualify interest, understand requirements and arrange in-office delegate interview dates or convert to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the recruitment process and provide necessary services.
- Collect payments from travelers after visa completion and ensure proper processing.
- Assist office-visiting clients through the full processing activities and documentation.
- Clearly explain company services, visa processes and opportunities to clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly marketing and sales targets and report performance.
- Perform data reporting and consistent client follow-up as per company guidance and maintain professional conduct.

Assist clients who visit the office with full processing activities and support to complete required steps. Work to meet daily, weekly and monthly marketing and sales targets and report performance accordingly. Perform data reporting and client follow-up as per office instructions and maintain professional behavior in line with company policy. Required qualifications and skills The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications and skills: Minimum education: HSC / Secondary or equivalent (candidates with relevant experience may be considered). 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in recruitment, travel agency, or travel consultancy. Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to motivate and persuade clients. Proven ability to work toward targets and meet KPIs. Proficiency in social media and paid marketing (Facebook advertising experience highly preferred). Good client-handling skills and professional demeanor; honesty and responsibility are essential. Willingness to work from office (Khilkhet, Dhaka) and attend Zoom interviews as part of the selection process.
