Required qualifications & experience: Doctoral degree (PhD/DBA) in Business Administration preferred. Minimum: M.Phil or M.Res in Business Administration with a 3/4 year bachelor degree from a recognized university. Minimum of 7 years of total teaching experience, including at least 3 years at the level of Senior Lecturer (or equivalent). At least seven (7) publications in recognized journals (as stated in the circular). Experience in university teaching and familiarity with higher education systems in Bangladesh is highly desirable. Skills & attributes: Strong teaching skills and the ability to use information technology in pedagogy. Good research aptitude with a proven record of publications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for student guidance and team collaboration. Competence in curriculum development, assessment design and quality assurance processes. Commitment to student-centered teaching and continuous professional development. Remuneration and benefits: Salary range: Tk. 45,740 - 81,344 (monthly), depending on qualifications, experience, and publications.
