Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities for training and courses (English language, IELTS, IT, social media and other trainings).
  • Initiate and develop corporate training and professional development programs and skill enhancement services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets; prepare and present proposals and training solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry partners.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand training needs and recommend customized learning solutions.

ADN EduServices Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth for IELTS and English language training programs. This job is ideal for a results-driven sales and partnerships professional who has experience working with training institutes, EdTech startups, or corporate learning teams. As part of our company team based in Dhaka, you will be responsible for identifying training opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue through tailored solutions.
