Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all BGMEA-related activities including formalities, approvals, declarations, and coordination with BGMEA officials.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of BGMEA rules, customs-bond operations, import-export policies, and government compliance requirements.
  • Handle Customs Bond Office tasks such as bond license renewals, audit preparation, UD preparation, and associated documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to government rules and regulations governing bonded warehouse licence operations.
  • Liaise with banks, Customs House, BGMEA, C&F agents, government offices, and other external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reporting, and record management for audits and compliance.
  • Work independently to resolve operational challenges and meet deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by supervisor or management.
