Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes for factory workers and staff.
  • Manage timekeeping, attendance systems, leave management and ensure 100% payroll accuracy.
  • Maintain personnel files, HRMS/ERP data and MIS reports regularly.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
  • Execute performance appraisal processes and skill development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (and amendments), Factory Act and international standards (BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX).
  • Lead internal compliance audits, risk assessments, and prepare corrective action plans (CAP).
  • Liaise with government officials (Labor Dept., Fire Service) and external auditors/buyers during inspections.
  • Ensure workplace safety, fire safety and health & hygiene standards.
  • Oversee facility management including housekeeping, transport, canteen and dormitory (if applicable).
  • Manage security personnel, access control and emergency protocols.
  • Monitor administrative budgets, asset management and vendor contracts.
