Main responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients including commercial buildings, apartment complexes, developers, and factories. Build and maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients to grow business opportunities for the company. Understand customer needs and propose appropriate service packages (installation, maintenance, AMC, repair). Promote and renew Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and coordinate service renewals and repair agreements. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and professional resolution of client issues and service visits. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine pricing and service positioning. Collect and document customer feedback after service visits or repairs and recommend improvements. Plan and execute both offline and online marketing initiatives to promote the brand and generate leads. Meet monthly sales and marketing targets and prepare regular performance reports. Maintain professional relationships to secure long-term contracts and repeat business. Required experience and skills At least 1 year of relevant experience; experience in industrial machineries (generator, diesel engine, elevator/lift, or related equipment) is a plus.
