- Develop working drawings, detail drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD.

- Collaborate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other consultants to ensure design coordination.
- Design brochure, poster design, and architectural project presentations.
- Perform other related design and documentation tasks as assigned by senior architects or project leads.

Detailed responsibilities: Prepare RAJUK submission drawings, plan approval sheets, and required documentation for authority submission. Ensure all submission documents meet regulatory standards. Develop working drawings, detailed construction documentation and shop drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring clarity for contractors and consultants. Create 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render and other visualization tools for client presentations and marketing. Collaborate with structural, electrical, plumbing and other consultants to ensure integrated design coordination and clash-free documentation. Design brochures, posters and architectural project presentations to support marketing and client communication. Perform related design and documentation tasks assigned by senior architects or project leads and assist in on-site coordination when necessary. Required skills & qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent degree in Architecture. 3 to 5 years' relevant professional experience in architecture, engineering firms, or interior design practices. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, V-Ray and other rendering engines. Competency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for presentation graphics and marketing collateral. Experience producing RAJUK submission drawings and working with local regulatory bodies is preferred. Good communication, team collaboration skills, and the ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams. Preferred/Additional skills: Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus for advanced presentations.
