Maintain high standards of customer service; address customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally. Monitor and manage operational budgets, labor costs, and food costs; implement cost control measures to support profitability. Oversee inventory levels and supply chain coordination with suppliers; implement inventory control to reduce waste. Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, sanitary environment. Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotions, customer engagement and business growth. Detailed responsibilities (expanded): Restaurant Operations Management: Plan daily operations, organize shifts, ensure service flow and manage crowd during busy hours. An MBA in Accounting or related field is preferred. At least 2 years of proven experience in hotel, restaurant or resort operations with supervisory responsibilities.
