- Analyze original standards and produce production samples according to buyer requirements; finalize washing recipes and maintain testing parameters.
- Directly execute samples and take preventive & corrective actions to ensure delivery within SOP timeframes.
- Analyze risks and special style features; facilitate internal pre-production meetings and disseminate technical information across departments.
- Prepare blanket, shrinkage, size set, and pilot run preparations per buyer standards.
- Communicate with stitching units and merchandising teams to address pre-production quality issues.
- Set up process counters/recipes, prepare shade bands, and manage bulk production approvals to ensure technical compliance.
