Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary on-ground representative of Olila Glass Industries in the region and liaise with central teams. Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on distribution activities, stock levels at depots/retailers, and market feedback. Maintain accurate records of vehicle logs, dispatch schedules, and delivery statuses; coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics teams. Required Skills and Competencies: Proven distribution and logistics coordination skills; ability to manage fragile product handling (glass). Channel management and relationship-building skills with dealers, retailers, and distributors. Strong organizational skills to manage daily routing, dispatch documentation, and stock monitoring. Clear written and verbal communication; ability to prepare concise daily/weekly reports and escalate issues. Problem-solving skills to resolve on-ground distribution challenges and customer complaints quickly. Comfortable working in field environments; able to represent the company on-site and travel within assigned division. Experience & Education: Experience: 3 to 5 years in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing (light engineering / heavy industry) operations.
