Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive training to surgeons, operating room staff, and other healthcare professionals on surgical robotic systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure proficiency and competency in utilizing the technology.
- Collaborate with healthcare institutions and surgical teams to facilitate integration into clinical practice.
- Offer on-site support during surgical procedures to address technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct educational programs, workshops, and presentations to increase awareness and understanding of solutions.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to showcase technology and share clinical insights.
- Work with healthcare professionals to facilitate clinical research projects and studies using robotic systems.
- Provide expertise and support in data collection, analysis, and publication of clinical outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, surgeons, and clinical teams and act as a liaison between the company and the healthcare community.
- Collect and communicate feedback from clinical users to the product development team for continuous improvement.

Ability to travel for on-site training, installations, and clinical support across Bangladesh as required.
