Job Responsibilities
- Manage HRIS and develop new HRIS modules
- Prepare functional reports, ISS reports and Bangladesh Bank required reports
- Prepare excess perquisite reports and department-wise required reports
- Maintain life & hospitalization insurance settlement process; coordinate with insurance company for contract renewal, claim settlement and member inclusion/exclusion
- Maintain HR database and all employees’ files
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of monthly salary and other benefits (LFA, Bonus, Incentive, Allowances)
- Prepare organogram, execute transfer orders, prepare office orders & notes, coordinate exit formalities and complete end service settlement
- Manage leave and attendance reports and provide attendance dashboard & employee health report
- Provide payslip & tax certificate, experience and release letters and NOCs

Job Description
Leading NBFI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Specialist, HR Operations to join its HR team. Required experience & education: At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Banks or Leasing companies. Bachelor’s Degree in Management, HRM, or a related field from a reputed university. Sound knowledge of Bangladesh labour law and compliance requirements. Skills and competencies: Practical experience with HRIS and HR database management. Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel for reporting and dashboards). Good understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration and statutory reporting. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion. Analytical skills to prepare regulatory and departmental reports accurately and on time.
