Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and tenants; ensure smooth day-to-day property operations according to SOPs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a concierge mindset.
  • Oversee property cleanliness, security, and maintenance of electromechanical equipment.
  • Manage and hold accountable loss prevention and housekeeping teams; conduct daily team meetings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and head office for bill payments, collections, and scheduled maintenance.
  • Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets; conduct regular inspections and prepare reports.
  • Implement safety training and emergency protocols (first aid, fire safety, earthquake evacuation).
