Job Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, mentor, and manage multiple teams of Territory Officers (TO) and Sales Officers (SO).
- Establish and expand distribution facilities and dealer networks across assigned territory.
- Travel extensively to manage field operations, route-to-market execution, and in-store visibility.
- Cultivate professional relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
- Plan and execute consumer and trade promotion activities and ensure maximum ROI.
