Education Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Finance, MIS, ICT, or related fields from a reputed university. Relevant certifications such as PgDHRM, SHRM, CIPD, HR Analytics, or IT certifications (for HRIS roles) preferred. No 3rd Division/Class in any academic record.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in leading strategic HR initiatives, ensuring HR governance, regulatory compliance, policy implementation, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, cultural alignment and long-term workforce planning.
- Manage end-to-end disciplinary processes including case handling, lawful hearings, documentation and reporting in line with HR Policy, Bangladesh Labor Law and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, campus hiring, internship programs, branch-level recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage employee databases, HR dashboards, manpower statistics and MIS reporting; conduct workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee payroll operations including monthly salary processing, adjustments, tax deductions and benefits calculation with strict compliance and coordination with Finance.
- Collaborate with ICT and software vendors to design, develop, upgrade and maintain HRIS; drive process automation and ensure data integrity.
