Job Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients including banks and financial institutions on matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, contract law, and document vetting.
- Handle legal issues related to land law and property matters.
- Draft well-reasoned legal opinions after detailed examination of land and corporate documents.
- Conduct on-site inspections of land and real estate projects for practical assessment.
- File and represent clients in land-related litigation before courts and tribunals.
- Ensure legal compliance through rigorous due diligence and document vetting.
- Undertake thorough legal research and analysis across corporate and commercial law matters.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers in drafting, review, and negotiation of legal documents, contracts and agreements.
