Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new buyers, explore new markets and build long-term business partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, buyer requirements and competitor activities to support decision-making.
  • Maintain strong communication with international buyers, buying houses and key accounts.
  • Handle price negotiation, costing, TNA and order confirmation with buyers.
  • Oversee the entire merchandising process from development to shipment, including sample development, approvals, production follow-up and delivery deadlines.
  • Ensure accurate costing, consumption and BOM preparation and validate order profitability.
  • Work closely with production units to ensure capacity planning and on-time production.
  • Lead, mentor and set performance goals for the Sales & Merchandising team and ensure compliance with SOPs and reporting guidelines.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business reports for management review and recommend improvement plans.
