Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive visitors, clients, and patients professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls and schedule consultations/appointments.
  • Coordinate with Piyavate Hospital Bangkok for patient updates and documentation.
  • Ensure high-quality service and support for visitors and clients.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, record management, and prepare reports.
  • Maintain visitor logs, patient files and appointment schedules.
  • Prepare and manage official documents using Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Collect patient feedback and ensure continuous service improvement.
  • Manage official emails, messages and online inquiries professionally.
  • Assist internal team during events or VIP arrivals and maintain a professional reception environment.
