Job Responsibilities
- Develop premium-quality social media designs, campaign graphics, posters, carousels, reels thumbnails, and motion-ready visuals.
- Create brand-consistent marketing materials including brochures, banners, email graphics, presentation slides, and event branding.
- Design visual concepts for global education promotions (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe).
- Collaborate closely with Marketing & Creative Team to plan monthly design calendars.
- Work on ad creatives optimized for Meta, YouTube & Google Display campaigns.
- Ensure all final outputs are print-ready & web-ready, following proper sizes, resolutions, and export standards.
- Adapt brand guidelines and produce standout creative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Creative Team to plan monthly design calendars and align creative output with campaign objectives. Produce ad creatives optimized for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube and Google Display campaigns, following platform best practices and size/resolution requirements. Ensure all final outputs are print-ready and web-ready, following correct sizes, resolutions, color profiles and export standards. Adapt brand guidelines creatively to develop standout ideas that differentiate the company in a competitive market. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors (printing houses, video editors). Required experience and education: Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience (typical range: 2 to 6 years). Experience in Advertising Agencies, Design/Printing/Publishing or Consulting Firms is an advantage. Bachelor/Honors degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline is preferred. Skills & tools (what we expect you to be proficient in): Mastery in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator (mandatory). Strong experience in Figma / Adobe XD for UI/UX and layout work. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, CMYK workflows, print design and file management. Basic familiarity with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus for motion-ready visuals. Understanding of typography, color psychology, layout balance, negative spacing and visual storytelling. Soft skills & attributes: Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. Proactive problem-solver who contributes ideas and improves processes.
