Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and design layout of man, machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and standards.
- Prepare operating breakdowns.
- Assist in SMV (Standard Minute Value) calculation and target set-up.
- Conduct motion study and line balancing based on capacity and WIP.
