This job is suitable for candidates with some exposure to BPO/ad operations or AdTech startups, but freshers are explicitly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities (what you will do):Trafficking and QA of display and video campaigns/creatives across desktop, mobile and tablet platforms.Troubleshooting ad delivery and creative issues to ensure campaigns meet delivery objectives.Pulling, consolidating and analyzing campaign delivery reports from third-party ad servers and platform dashboards.Coordinating with cross-functional partners and clients regarding campaign setup, delivery, discrepancies and billing queries.Prioritizing tasks, managing work time and ensuring client requests are handled on schedule.Performing basic account follow-ups and validation with internal teams and clients.Required skills and qualifications:Bachelor/Honors degree (undergraduate degree completion is mandatory at application time).Computer literacy and strong Microsoft Excel skills.Fluent in English — good written and verbal communication.Attention to detail, critical thinking and common sense for problem-solving in ad-operations workflows.Ability to work night shift hours: typical shift windows include 02:00 PM–11:00 PM and 10:00 PM–07:00 AM (night shift availability is mandatory).Team player attitude and willingness to be office-based when required (WFO/WFH conditions apply by gender and confirmation rules).Knowledge of digital marketing, campaign planning, social media campaigns and digital content is a plus.Experience: At most 1 year preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
