Job Responsibilities
- Perform requirement analysis, system design and development for ERP and reporting solutions.
- Design and develop forms and reports in Oracle and Oracle APEX; build custom reports using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Provide help-desk and remote support for end users; manage user issues and troubleshoot application problems.
- Support account period closing, general ledger activities and finance-related queries in the ERP.
- Communicate business insights and reporting plans to cross-functional teams and management.
- Compile product-related information and recommend changes aligned with company objectives.
- Liaison with other departments to gather report requirements and documentation.
- Define business requirements and translate them for the technical team or manager.

Role summaryThe Senior Executive, IT & Oracle Reports will be responsible for requirement analysis, system design and development, ERP and ERD support, and designing forms and reports using Oracle technologies including Oracle APEX and PL/SQL. This role is hands-on and will require coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors and management to ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to best practices in system development and help maintain an efficient and secure IT environment.
