Kazi Farms Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Officer/Executive for Cattle Feed Sales & Technical Service. Key responsibilities Provide one-stop technical support for cattle feed sales across assigned territories. Supervise technical service activities for cattle feed and conduct frequent field visits to designated locations. Promote business and generate new customers by ensuring regular market visits, demonstrations, seasonal trainings, technical workshops and CAP implementation. Plan, organize and conduct training programs for the sales team to enhance cattle feed sales capabilities and achieve topline growth. Lead development of incremental growth strategies and product adaptation for different geographies and market dynamics. Prepare feed performance reports, analyze sales achievements, and identify areas for improvement and opportunity. Required skills and experience Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent veterinary qualification. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience — preferably in agro-based firms, feed mills or cattle feed sales & technical service. Strong knowledge of cattle feeding practices and feed product performance. Proven capability in feed sales, demonstrations and technical advisory roles. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills in Bangla and English; ability to prepare and deliver presentations. Ability to organize and deliver training programs for internal sales teams and external customers/farmers. Other responsibilities & expectations Frequent field travel within Bangladesh to visit farmers, retailers and distribution points. Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and converting new customers. Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align technical messaging with market needs.
