Job Responsibilities
- Collect and compile production and related data from factories and departments.
- Manage company-wide garments database and ensure data integrity.
- Perform production incentive calculations.
- Conduct segment-wise staff & worker cost analysis.
- Calculate and monitor section-wise production cost, OT, tiffin bill, night bill.
- Prepare MIS reports, Excel workbooks, Word reports and email appropriately.
- Perform data analysis for MIS reports as and when required.
- Maintain strong knowledge and usage of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Synchronize with team members for collecting production data.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Job Description
We are inviting applications for an experienced Executive - MIS & Database to join a well reputed garments group of companies at their Head Office. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Collecting and compiling various production and related data from multiple factories and departments. Managing and maintaining the company-wide database for all garment factories and ensuring data integrity. Performing production incentive calculations and preparing incentive schedules. Conducting segment-wise staff & worker cost analysis and section-wise production cost monitoring. Calculating OT, tiffin bill, night bill and other production-related cost items and monitoring discrepancies. Preparing timely MIS reports, charts and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Developing, maintaining and using pivot tables, formulas, and (where applicable) Access databases for reporting and analysis. Performing data analysis and presenting actionable insights for the compliance and management teams. Coordinating with team members and factory representatives to synchronize data collection and validation. Performing any other duties assigned by management in line with company policy and compliance requirements. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (or equivalent technical degree). 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within Garments, Textile, or Group of Companies. Advanced level MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data consolidation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting). Hands-on experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MS Access is an advantage. Practical knowledge of cost analysis, data collection, and data management processes. Good command of English for reporting and communication. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to deliver accurate reports under deadlines. Preferred/Additional information: Age requirement: 25 to 35 years (company-specified).
