Job Responsibilities
- Use GDS (Sabre main) to book domestic and international flight tickets and manage reservations.
- Issue tickets, perform voids, re-issue tickets and process refunds independently.
- Interpret and advise customers on airline fare rules (Fare Rules).
- Resolve ticketing-related issues raised by travel agents or customers via phone and email promptly.
Required Skills
- Proficient in GDS (Sabre); experience with Galileo/Travelport is a plus
