Job Responsibilities
- Analyze buyer tech packs, BOM, consumption, and SMV impact to finalize costing and negotiate order terms.
- Confirm and book orders, ensuring accurate line allocation, capacity reservation, and coordination with planning and commercial teams.
- Oversee the complete sample workflow (Proto → Fit → PP → TOP) with strict sequencing, documentation control, and approval follow-up.
- Maintain and monitor the T&A plan with critical path discipline; escalate and implement recovery actions when delays occur.
- Coordinate material approval processes including lab dips, strike-offs, shade bands, shrinkage tests, and bulk confirmation.
- Track material bookings, Bulk PI follow-ups, and inbound deliveries to ensure production readiness.
- Conduct Pre-Production Meetings aligning production, QA, and technical teams on risks and specifications.
- Monitor production progression, WIP, bottlenecks, DHU trends, and inline/midline status to protect the planned ex-factory date.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, inspection readiness, and seamless execution of final inspections.
- Manage shipment coordination including booking windows, packing list verification, and post-shipment file closure.
