(Food Division) Position: Executive / Sr. Executive (Accounts) Location: Gazipur, Bangladesh Vacancies: 6 About the role: As an Accounts Executive / Sr. Executive, you will be responsible for pre-auditing, verifying a variety of vouchers and bills, maintaining daily cash inflow records, and preparing monthly sales and accounting reports for submission to higher authority. The role is office-based (work at office) and full-time. The selected candidate will work closely with the finance and production teams given the company's manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities (detailed): Check and verify all kinds of requisitions, expenditures and purchase bills, sales bills, conveyance bills, TA/DA, entertainment bills, daily labor bills and vouchers, salary and wages sheets, credit bills, petty cash statements and other miscellaneous bills and vouchers. Maintain daily cash inflow records and perform daily cash entry bookkeeping. Perform pre-auditing and maintain pre-audit reporting systems to ensure compliance and correct accounting practices. Generate monthly sales accounts reports and submit accurate reports to higher management. Coordinate with internal departments and support any additional duties assigned by management from time to time. Required experience & education: Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience. Educational qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Accounting as appropriate for Sr. Executive and Executive roles respectively. CA-CC / Partly qualified candidates will be given preference. Skills & competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and computerized accounting systems. Strong knowledge of accounts and audit practices, especially for manufacturing businesses. Attention to detail and accuracy in verification and report preparation. Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple invoices and vouchers, and meet reporting deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and follow internal controls.
