Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce visual assets for branding and promotional materials. Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging final cuts with attention to pacing, transitions, and narrative flow. Design static graphics when required—brochures, posters, digital ads, thumbnails, and campaign visuals—ensuring brand consistency. Assist with conceptualization and storyboarding to bring video concepts from idea to execution. Maintain quality control for color, sound design, and visual effects; follow best practices for export and delivery across platforms. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and tools; introduce improvements into production workflows. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Detailed responsibilities (expanded): Plan and execute motion graphic sequences using After Effects or equivalent tools; implement 2D/3D elements where needed. Perform video editing tasks in Premiere Pro or similar NLEs: trimming, sequencing, color grading, audio mixing, and deliverable preparation. Produce assets (GIFs, short-form videos, clips) optimized for social platforms and campaign landing pages. Work with photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure coherent visual narratives and on-brand output. Required skills and experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, and related visual content roles. Proven portfolio showing motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design work. Proficiency with industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience with video production workflows: editing, color correction, basic sound design. Strong creative vision and storytelling ability; keen attention to detail and time management. Experience with photography and videography is required; experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D tools is a plus.
