Take daily issue lists from each order for each factory, follow up and resolve problems to keep production on track. Suggest product or process improvements to make knitting, linking and construction more production-friendly without compromising aesthetics. Book production space with factories in advance and maintain an up-to-date capacity utilization chart. Coordinate cross-functionally with QA, production planning, sourcing and buying teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Required skills & experience 5+ years of relevant experience in sweater/product development and production (the position expects 5 to 10 years of experience). Experience working with multinational companies, garments manufacturers or buying houses. Educational background: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or equivalent technical degree. Strong technical understanding of knitting, linking, construction and garment finishing processes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting tech packs and specifications. Excellent communication, negotiation and factory management skills. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders and factories simultaneously. Familiarity with capacity planning, production booking and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and email communication.
