Job Responsibilities
- Conduct theoretical and practical classes in Civil Trade (masonry, rod binding, shuttering carpenter etc.)
- Follow CS, CBLM, lesson plans and other training guidelines in class
- Control and discipline students with friendly behaviour
- Prepare and review training programs and course materials
- Conduct and evaluate training standards through assessments
- Supervise maintenance of all tools and machineries used in training
- Construction site supervision and demonstration of practical skills
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Read the full circular carefully and prepare to apply before the deadline.Key responsibilitiesConduct theoretical and practical classes in Civil Trade disciplines such as masonry, rod binding, shuttering, and carpentry.Follow Competency Standards (CS), Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM), lesson plans, and other training guidelines in the classroom and workshop.Prepare, review, and implement training programs and course materials to meet competency outcomes.Conduct and evaluate training standards through assessments, demonstrations, and practical evaluations.Supervise maintenance and safe usage of all tools, equipment, and machinery used in training.Maintain a positive and friendly learning environment while ensuring discipline and safety among students.Provide construction site supervision as required and demonstrate real-world practices to trainees.Perform any other tasks assigned by the management related to training and skill development.Required skills and experienceMinimum 4 years of relevant experience; preferably 4 to 6 years in training, construction supervision, or related industrial contexts.Experience in working with hospitals, airlines, manpower recruitment, group of companies, or industrial machineries is considered an advantage.Strong training and teaching skills — ability to deliver both theory and hands-on practical sessions.Technical competence in civil engineering/trades (masonry, shuttering, rod binding) and awareness of safety protocols.Certification preference: NSC in any Mechanical Trade, BNQF Level – 2, and CBT&A Methodology Level – 4 certification where applicable.Good communication skills and ability to supervise students and trainees effectively.EducationBachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering.Other requirementsAge: 25 to 45 years.Both male and female applicants are welcome.Physically and mentally fit to perform training and supervision duties.Employment details & benefitsJob nature: Full Time (Work at office and training workshops).Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh with primary workplace in Dhaka.Vacancies: 1.Salary: Negotiable; competitive and dependent on experience.Other benefits include travel allowance (T/A), mobile bill reimbursement, partially subsidized lunch facilities, yearly salary review, and two festival bonuses each year.How to applyIf you are interested in this job, please prepare your CV and relevant certificates.
