Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with landowners and maintain relationships for land acquisition opportunities.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings between landowners and management.
- Collect and verify land-related documents, data, and ownership details.
- Maintain and update the database/CRM of prospective landowners and leads.
- Assist in developing inventories for land, apartments, and other assets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams for information collection.
- Support preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, MoUs, and agreements.
- Monitor and manage call center activities related to prospects and land inquiries.
