Job Responsibilities
- Oversee full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Petty Cash management.
- Supervise day-to-day financial operations such as posting and reconciliation of accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all business transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll).
- Monitor and verify supporting documents for all financial transactions for compliance and audit readiness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Review and reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and client accounts regularly.
- Ensure statutory requirements are met regarding VAT and other tax obligations.
- Supervise and guide two junior staff members, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of tasks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard assets.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for management decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
- Manage accounts receivables and payables, invoice issuance, follow-ups, and vendor relationship.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounts-related records.

Technical skills: Financial statement preparation, budgeting & forecasting, internal control design, accounts receivable & payable management, bank reconciliation.
