Job Responsibilities
- Receive and verify all incoming fabrics, trims, and accessories for quantity and quality.
- Maintain store inventory; update stock in ERP software daily.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisition, ensuring FIFO method.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all receiving and issuing processes.
- Organize and arrange materials by category, color, size, and order.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and promptly inform supervisor for reordering.
- Assist in monthly stock counting and prepare stock reports.
- Ensure store area cleanliness and safety.
- Support barcode/label scanning and system entry where applicable.
- Communicate proactively with merchandising and production teams about shortages.
- Ensure secure storage to prevent loss, damage, or mismatches.
- Perform other store and logistics tasks assigned by management.

Good English communication skills (verbal and written) for cross-functional coordination. Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement practices as applied to garments manufacturing. Attention to detail, honesty, punctuality, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate with factory and head office teams.
