Job Responsibilities
- Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, cancellations and refunds through GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
- Search and compare flight options to offer the best itinerary and price.
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per customer requests and fare rules.
- Track ticket deadlines, refunds, and cancellation policies and ensure compliance.
- Manage flight reservations, fare searches, and ticket issuance using GDS systems.
- Process reissues, refunds, cancellations, and itinerary modifications promptly.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and promotional materials when required.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase ticket sales and promote travel packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agents.
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm travel details and booking options.
- Guide clients through visa application procedures and collect required documents.
- Maintain daily records of bookings, cancellations, clients and application timelines.

Search and compare flight options to propose best itineraries and prices to customers. Process ticket reissues, refunds and resolve BSP/ADM/ACM issues in coordination with finance and suppliers. Manage and maintain PNRs, track ticket deadlines, refunds and fare rules, ensuring compliance with airline policies and IATA procedures. Provide accurate fare quotations, baggage allowance advice and travel policy guidance to clients. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase ticket sales and promote travel packages; prepare sales reports and forecasts. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, consolidators and agents to secure fares, seats and group bookings. Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international bookings and deliver professional pre-departure guidance to approved applicants. Collect and verify client documents, guide visa application procedures and monitor application timelines. Maintain daily reports of bookings, cancellations and overall sales performance; assist with promotional material when required. Required skills and experience: Technical proficiency with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and fare calculation. Minimum experience: 3 to 6 years in reservation, ticketing or related operations (travel agency, OTA, airline office, or related services). Excellent attention to detail for itinerary building, fare rules and PNR handling. Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to handle urgent and complex booking adjustments. Operational efficiency and ability to manage multiple bookings concurrently. Knowledge of airline policies, IATA/ATAB procedures and travel documentation. Sales orientation with experience in executing campaigns and developing client relationships. Soft skills: professionalism, team collaboration, adaptability and integrity.
