Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small field sales team to achieve territory sales targets and distribution KPIs.
- Plan and execute market coverage and merchandising activities for tobacco products in assigned areas.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers and channel partners.
- Train, coach and evaluate field staff performance and allocate daily/weekly routes.
- Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities and sales feedback.
- Manage field-level stock control, documentation and timely reporting to company office.
- Use basic computer tools for reporting and maintain sales records and incentive documentation.
- Operate a motorcycle for territory visits and comply with driving and safety requirements.

Operate a motorcycle for territory visits; comply with safety and company driving policies (driving license required). Required skills & qualifications: Minimum education: Bachelor / Honors degree. Experience: 1 to 5 years in wholesale, direct selling, marketing service or related sales & distribution businesses. Proven supervisory or team-leading experience in sales or distribution. Good knowledge of market research, client relationship management and sales & marketing practices. Computer literate (basic MS Office, reporting tools). Ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of a valid driving license. Strong communication skills, discipline and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
