Job Responsibilities
- Provide student counseling and guidance on overseas study opportunities, course selection, tuition fees and scholarships.
- Assess student profiles (results, budget, goals) and recommend suitable countries and universities.
- Explain admission requirements clearly and assist students in meeting them.
- Support students in completing university applications and guide preparation of SOP, CV, reference letters and bank statements.
- Follow up regularly on application status and coordinate with universities and admissions teams.
- Provide basic visa guidance and coordinate with visa lodgement teams for document preparation.
- Maintain daily counseling reports and follow up with students via WhatsApp, Facebook and phone.
- Coordinate with office teams to ensure smooth case management and meet monthly admission targets.
- Convert interested leads into confirmed admissions and contribute to target achievement.
