Job Responsibilities
- Support product development: concept briefs, samples, sensory tests, reformulations and cost optimisation.
- Maintain SKU documentation including BOMs, formulation codes and pack specs.
- Coordinate factory trial runs and communicate findings to Marketing & Operations.
- Track competitor launches, pricing, packaging and claims to guide innovation.
- Manage brand assets and ensure alignment with brand DNA, tone-of-voice and architecture.
- Support content development and basic creative assets (POSM, posters, leaflets) and coordinate with designers.
- Build and execute GTM plans including retail activation, sampling programs and trade bundles.
- Support sales with USP sheets, pricing sheets and training materials.
- Coordinate trade marketing execution in stores (posters, wobblers, shelf branding, displays) and monitor weekly execution.
- Manage packaging & artwork approval process and ensure regulatory compliance (BSTI, HALAL, claims).
- Maintain product dashboard and prepare post-launch performance reports and insights.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales GT & MT, Factory, QA, R&D and Finance to align on pricing and SKU profitability.

Care Nutrition Ltd. is hiring a Product & Brand, Senior Executive to join our Marketing team in Dhaka. This job offers a hands-on opportunity to work across product development, brand management, and go-to-market (GTM) execution for FMCG products targeted to mothers and families.
