Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain fabric-wise cost models including COGS, overhead, depreciation and tax.
- Support management in pricing, margin analysis and investment decisions.
- Identify areas for cost minimization and profit improvement across departments.
- Forecast and plan company finances through rolling 12-month cash flow and budget models.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, ledgers and reconciliations.
- Handle VAT, AIT and corporate tax compliance as per Bangladesh regulations.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Enforce policies and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and transparency.
- Oversee bill verification, budgeting and on-time vendor payments.
- Monitor daily fund flow, receivables and payables to maintain liquidity.
- Coordinate with banks and stakeholders for fund management and financial negotiations.
- Lead implementation and optimization of ERP/Tally/QuickBooks/NetSuite/SAP accounting systems.
- Create Power BI or Excel dashboards for real-time KPI tracking.
- Supervise and guide finance department staff and mediate with auditors and investors.
