Job Responsibilities

  • Present the services of the organization appropriately to clients and answer customer phone calls.
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.
  • Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.
  • Be target-oriented and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information; manage inquiries via social media (Messenger, WhatsApp).
  • Maintain accurate CRM/lead entry and follow-up in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer interactions.
  • Assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals (KPI).
  • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answer client and technician inquiries and maintain good documentation.
  • Work assigned shift patterns and be able to work under pressure.
  • Receive one day off each week according to schedule.
