Job Responsibilities
- Present the services of the organization appropriately to clients and answer customer phone calls.
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.
- Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.
- Be target-oriented and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information; manage inquiries via social media (Messenger, WhatsApp).
- Maintain accurate CRM/lead entry and follow-up in collaboration with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer interactions.
- Assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals (KPI).
- Follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer client and technician inquiries and maintain good documentation.
- Work assigned shift patterns and be able to work under pressure.
- Receive one day off each week according to schedule.
