Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients through email, calls, meetings, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and translate them to internal teams (operations, marketing, design, tech).
- Ensure timely delivery of services and projects as agreed with clients and monitor progress.
- Resolve client queries, complaints, or issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain long-term relationships and build trust with key client accounts.
- Prepare status reports and share updates with clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
