Job Responsibilities

Overview: SWPD LIMITED is hiring a focused and results-driven Marketing / Sales Executive to join its Bangladesh office to promote textile chemicals (including silicone & flake softener) to knitting and dyeing factories and traders. The company operates an office, R&D and warehouse in Bangladesh to serve the local market, importing specialty textile chemicals that comply with ZDHC v3.1, GOTS 7.0 and Oeko-Tex ECO Passport standards.Key responsibilities (what you will do):Develop and maintain relationships with textile traders and knitting/dyeing factories in assigned territory.Actively visit customers, present product lines (silicones, flake softeners, brighteners, detergents, enzymes, etc.) and close sales opportunities.Provide technical support and product usage guidance to production teams and dyeing units.Coordinate with R&D and warehouse functions to ensure timely supply and technical documentation for customers.Follow up on orders, assist customers with troubleshooting, and ensure high customer satisfaction.Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Participate in product demonstrations, trials and technical trainings at client sites.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and orders in company systems.Required skills and experience:Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology (Wet Process preferred).1 to 3 years of relevant experience in textile auxiliaries, dyes/chemicals marketing or as a production officer in dyeing/knitting units.Good spoken English is required to interact with supplier and technical teams.Proven knowledge of dyeing & finishing processes and production management.Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.Willingness to travel to client sites and work a standard 8-hour day over 6 days per week.Preferred candidate profile: Male candidates aged between 22 to 28 years (as per this job circular). Candidates with direct selling/marketing experience, familiarity with ZDHC, GOTS and Oeko-Tex standards and a technical background in textile wet processing will be at an advantage.Products and technical scope: The role focuses on a broad range of textile auxiliaries and specialty chemicals including brighteners (OBA), silicones, flake softeners, detergents, sequestering agents, fixing/soaping agents, anti-creasing agents, stabilizers, enzymes, levelling agents and other finishing aids. You will be expected to understand product applications, dosing, and compatibility with customer processes.Workplace and employment terms: Work at office with field visits to customer sites. Duty hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
