Manager (Sales and Marketing) will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, expanding the customer base, maintaining strong relations with buyers and buying houses, and coordinating with internal merchandising and production teams. This full-time position is office-based in Uttara, Dhaka. Key responsibilities include: Achieve monthly sales target and contribute to revenue growth. Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities. Maintain and strengthen relationships with buyers, buying houses and the garments merchandiser team. Follow up on inquiries, quotations and orders until closure and delivery. Prepare and present sales proposals, price negotiations and contract terms. Coordinate with production, quality and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and buyer satisfaction. Keep accurate records of sales activities and update management on pipeline status. Represent the company in meetings and client visits as required. Required qualifications and experience: Minimum education: Bachelor/Honors degree. At least 3 years of proven experience in garments accessories sales or related business area. Strong knowledge of garment accessories products, buyer requirements and sourcing dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bangla and working English. Good client relationship management and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to prepare business documentation and commercial offers. Preferred attributes: Proactive, target-oriented and result-driven mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Previous experience interacting with buyers and buying houses is an advantage.
