Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage internal audit operations across manufacturing units and corporate departments.
  • Develop, implement, and execute the annual Internal Audit Plan in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead, supervise, and review the internal audit team to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Assess and evaluate risk management processes, internal control systems, and compliance frameworks.
  • Conduct regular audits of shop and warehouse inventories to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
  • Review billing and expense documentation for cost control and compliance.

Required skills and experience At least 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role (preferably in retail, garments, or manufacturing). Analytical skill, internal audit expertise, and inventory audit experience. Strong understanding of cost control, compliance, risk management, and factory operations. Proven leadership and team-management capability, excellent report-writing and presentation skills, strong communication, and strategic thinking. Experience in audit analytics, discrepancy identification, and implementation follow-up. Education & mandatory qualifications Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.
