Role summary: The Creative Developer role is a hybrid front-end / creative engineering position focused on producing fast, accessible and responsive web experiences. You will build reusable code and collaborate closely with designers and content teams to implement high-quality digital products. Key job responsibilities: Implement responsive, cross-browser front-end code using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Build reusable code and libraries for future use and improve application scalability and performance. Optimize websites for speed, accessibility and Technical SEO to ensure high search engine visibility and fast UX. Perform front-end debugging, troubleshoot code issues and maintain high quality control standards. Work with WordPress, including Divi and Elementor, and assist with theme customization and plugin integration. Validate user input and ensure secure, robust front-end interaction with back-end APIs. Conduct usability and performance testing and implement improvements to enhance conversion and user satisfaction. Collaborate effectively across teams, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required skills and experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Proven experience with WordPress, especially Divi and Elementor; basic PHP and theme customization are a plus. Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles and cross-browser compatibility techniques. Technical SEO fundamentals and experience optimizing front-end performance (caching, minification, image optimization, critical rendering path). Experience with version control systems such as Git, Mercurial or SVN. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
