Job Responsibilities
- Assist in designing Accounts & Finance procedures and workflow programs
- Check and verify bills, vouchers, and accounting documents for accuracy
- Support the Finance Manager to ensure timely and accurate financial operations
- Assist in preparing Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports
- Review purchase requisitions, bills, and vouchers
- Participate in pre- and post-cost sheet analysis (order-wise)
- Verify job cards, salary statements, OT, bonus, leave, and final settlements
- Review inter-company transaction registers and ledgers
- Check procurement processes, purchase accounts, and loan accounts
- Perform special financial investigations as assigned by Management
- Help train and support junior team members for smooth accounting operations
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to the HOD when required
