Job Responsibilities
- Edit promotional, social media and branding videos to platform specifications.
- Create motion graphics, animations, VFX and integrate subtitles, background music, and sound design.
- Perform color correction and grading to ensure final output quality.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, marketing and production teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Operate camera and assist with basic cinematography as needed.
- Deliver projects within designated timelines and maintain organized project files.
- Design social media banners and posts following brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with trends and new techniques in video production and motion design.

The position is based in Pabna (Ishwardi) with on-site work at the office.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce, edit, and finalize promotional, branding, and social media videos tailored to platform-specific requirements.Create motion graphics, VFX elements, animated intros/outros, and integrate subtitles and background music.Perform color correction, grading, and sound design to ensure broadcast-quality output.Develop creative concepts in collaboration with the script, marketing, and production teams and transform ideas into compelling visual stories.Operate cameras when required and support basic cinematography tasks to capture footage aligned with the project brief.Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized project files and version control.Design social media banners and post graphics consistent with brand guidelines.Keep up-to-date with modern trends, software techniques, and best practices in video production and motion design.Required Skills & ExpertiseProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing/color grading tools.Strong understanding of Motion Graphics, VFX workflows, sound design, and color grading techniques.Ability to script, storyboard, and implement creative concepts focused on storytelling.Good communication skills in English and Bangla; ability to work independently and within a team.Education & ExperienceMinimum HSC (or equivalent) or Honors degree.
