Job Description

Support senior creative team members with layout preparation and creation of production-ready files for print and digital. Organize project files, follow version-control practices, and ensure safe archiving of working files. Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced advertising agency setting. Perform other design-related duties as assigned by management. Required skills and competencies: Proven design capability with a strong portfolio showcasing social, digital, and print work. Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (editing, retouching, manipulation). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vectors, logos, icons, print layouts). Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (brochures and multi-page layouts). Ability to quickly produce layouts in Canva for rapid turnaround needs. Basic knowledge of Figma is a plus for collaborative UI/UX mockups. Basic familiarity with Premiere Pro / After Effects is advantageous for motion and video support. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience, education, and practical requirements: Education: Bachelor/Honors degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
