Job Responsibilities
- Collect Agent profiles and assist/brief agents on their queries; collaborate with branches for Agent onboarding.
- Popularize banking products and services under the Agent Banking umbrella and educate channel partners.
- Supervise and monitor Agent budget achievement and KPIs.
- Conduct compliance and agent network health checks.
- Assist and track channel complaints; liaise with product management team to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with regional teams for onboarding and training of new agents and team members.
- Ensure visibility of Agent Banking initiatives (POSMs) through proper channel monitoring.
- Entertain, escalate and resolve ongoing operational challenges and queries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and smooth business transition.
