- Identify and contact potential customers (Dealer) for new business opportunities and hit monthly sales targets.
- Create customers and convince them to buy products (Lubricants).
- Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships.
- Analyze market data and provide feedback to maximize sales.
- Expand network across target areas to increase sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database through the system.
- Identify new business areas and drive sales growth accordingly.
- Continuous market research to identify potential clients and market trends.

Job summary: As a Territory Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers (dealers), maintaining customer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, and expanding the company’s network in assigned territories. This job requires field engagement, market research, and strong communication skills. Key responsibilities: Identify and contact potential customers (dealers) for new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets. Create and convince customers to buy lubricants and related products. Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships effectively. Analyze local market data and provide actionable feedback to maximize sales. Expand network across assigned areas to increase sales penetration. Maintain and update customer database through the company system. Identify new business areas and drive sales growth accordingly. Conduct continuous market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategy. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time. Required skills & qualifications: Minimum education: Higher Secondary. Relevant skills: Computer Office Management, FMCG knowledge, Sales & Marketing skills. Experience: At least 1 year preferred; experience in Manufacturing (FMCG) or Power businesses is an advantage.
