Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets, coordinate with dealers, agents and farmers to accomplish target sales.
- Ensure maximum selling pricing of chicks and feed to enhance profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue.
- Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure on-time credit realization.
- Visit farmers regularly; guide them to manage flock health, and provide medication if necessary.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention.
- Conduct market analysis, collect performance reports of competitors, monitor competitor growth, and set strategies to gain higher market share.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and provide updates to the Line Manager timely.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in poultry, fertilizer, pesticide or animal health sales preferred
- Knowledge of geographical areas in Bangladesh
- MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
